Booking conditions:

The guest house can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.
Reservations can be made by filling out the form above.
We will send you our offer by email in response to your application.
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit, which must be paid within 24 hours of receiving our offer. If the deposit is not received in the specified bank account within the specified time, we will unfortunately be unable to confirm your reservation.
The second 50% of the accommodation fee is due 14 calendar days prior to arrival. We will send you an invoice for the amount due by email.

Cancellation policy:

If the cancellation is made 14 calendar days prior to arrival, it is possible to transfer the reservation to another available date or to receive a refund of the advance payment. Please indicate your preferred option when canceling.
If cancellation occurs within 14 calendar days prior to arrival, but at least 7 calendar days prior to arrival, 50% of the paid fee (total accommodation fee) will be retained.
In case of cancellation within 7 calendar days prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in and check-out:

Accommodation is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
